If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full 100% refund. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to other clients who may be waiting.
Same-Day Cancellations
If you cancel on the day of your appointment, unfortunately, the payment is non-refundable. This policy helps us manage our schedule and maintain the high standard of service you expect from us.
